THE JUNE GATHERING

“June Gathering” is a traditional gathering of SAM members and other distinguished guests from the Serbian Government, state institutions, a wider business community, representatives of the diplomatic corps, international economic organizations and the media. The format of the June Gathering is such that it is intended for informal gathering, business networking and establishing business connections between the members of SAM and other guests, and for the companies, it provides an excellent promotional opportunity before a large number of significant participants of the economic, diplomatic, public, political and media life.

SAM ANNUAL AWARD GALA EVENING

“SAM Annual Award” is the most prominent event of the Serbian Association of Managers. It is organized every year in December and it aims to promote best business practices, companies, managers, educational institutions, regional projects and economic journalists who with their work promote best business practices and advocate for better business environment and for better life standards of all our citizens. The event includes a gala dinner for 300 guests and special program with award ceremony, with the presence of the highest Government of Serbia officials and a large number of media representatives.

FORUM OF MANAGERS

Forum of managers provides the platform for the dialogue between the Government and public officials on one side, and the representatives of the business community on the other. In its format, it starts with address of the special guest, and afterwards the audience has opportunity to listen the conversation among panelists and to ask questions. Forum of managers offers an opportunity for the Government officials and business representatives, through open dialogue, to formulate the joint goals towards improving the business environment in Serbia. Forum of managers is also a great opportunity       for the companies to promote their values before a large number of guests coming from business, political life and the media.

BUSINESS BREAKFASTS

Business breakfast is an internal event for the members of SAM, primarily aimed at education and exchange of business experiences among the members, but also at the promotion of the best business practices of the companies. Business breakfasts promote new trends in business, organization, marketing, HR, communications, but also on the hottest legislative issues and latest macroeconomic trends in Serbia. Furthermore, Business Breakfasts provide unique opportunity for participants to exchange opinions and experiences in open discussion among themselves and knowledgeable presenters on specific topics.  

SPORTS ACTIVITIES

Within SAM, various sporting activities (tennis, basketball, golf etc.) are organized, aiming to promote a healthy lifestyle and informal business networking.

SAM WINE CLUB

SAM Wine Club is one of the most popular events among SAM members. In its concept, it aims to expand SAM business network through informal gathering. Through informal business networking, in relaxed atmosphere, this format also promotes the best vineries in Serbia.

AFTER HOLIDAY COCKTAIL

Twice a year, after New Year and summer vacations, Serbian Association of Mangers organizes for its members and guests an informal gathering. 

ANNUAL ASSEMBLY MEETING OF SAM MEMBERS

Annual Assembly meeting of SAM members is formal event, organized once a year, in the beginning of the calendar year. At the meeting, activity and financial reports are presented to the members, as well as the work plan for the next year. In the working part of the Meeting, only members of SAM can participate, but guests and media are afterwards invited to the joint cocktail.  

SUMMIT 100 BUSINESS LEADERS OF THE SOUTH EAST EUROPE

Summit100 Business Leaders of the SEE is the first and unique gathering of this kind in the region, designed to be a strong, cohesive voice of economic cooperation and, for the regional business leaders to make a tangible contribution toward improving business relationships and competitiveness of the entire SEE region. Summit100 is initiated by the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) in cooperation with Managers’s Association from Slovenia (ZM), Croatian Employers’ Association (HUP) and Atlas Foundation from Montenegro. Summit100 gathers political and business elite of Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro and it was organized for the first time in Arandjelovac, Serbia in 2011, in Becici, Montenegro in 2013, in Cavtat, Croatia in 2014 and in Portoroz, Slovenia in 2015. Political leaders demonstrated their full support to this initiative, which strengthens the economic and business integration of the region, as well as to the concrete examples of cooperation between the companies which contributes to strengthening the overall competitiveness of the SEE region, to improved products and services for the citizens and to more successful penetration of the third markets.
