SAM is particularly focused on the professional development of managers and the improvement of their knowledge, skills and leadership qualities. Along with promoting new trends in business, organization, marketing, HR and communications, we inform members about new laws and macroeconomic trends in Serbia. Through cooperation with various international institutions and partners, we implement projects aimed at improving the managerial profession.

SAM Academy is a new exclusive educational program of the Serbian Association of Managers, intended for managers, entrepreneurs, current and future leaders. Through the synergy of the exchange of experience, knowledge, as well as the best examples from corporate and entrepreneurial practice, this program contributes to the development and strengthening of the professional performance of individuals who will lead the business community in Serbia in the coming years.
